My family stayed for 2 nights and we had a marvellous time. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Frank, the Tourism Director who arranged a wheelchair for me as I had a fractured ankle so that I can go on the hotel pick up and dropoff Summer Niagara Falls Day Tour. Without the wheelchair, I would not be able to get on to the boat cruise and journey to the falls! We love the premium view from our beautiful 2 bedrooms suite as we could see the Falls from the USA and Canada side!...

Only complain is the noisy ventilator in the toilet. Everything else was great! Large parking, comfortable rooms (albeit old), conveniently located near the main street with lots of food options, walkable to rainbow bridge and our car rental place.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Does not look like a hotel but more like home. Located slightly away from the main attractions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast which you can choose served by the head chef which is something unique. Would not hesitate to stay again.
