"Very Disappointing Stay — Not What We Expected from Hilton My family and I stayed from May 6–9 but ended up shortening our stay and checking out after the second day due to a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, things were poorly managed. Check-in took about 45 minutes, with a long line and no clear system in place. Guests were visibly frustrated. I spoke with the manager, Jason, but he didn’t seem equipped to resolve the situation or provide clear direction. The overall cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Hallways had trash scattered throughout, and our room was never serviced despite calling housekeeping. No one ever showed up. There was also a fire alarm/annunciator issue around 2:00 AM, which was extremely disruptive. When I called the front desk, the staff did not appear to know what was happening or how to address it, which was concerning. Additionally, the hotel does not match its online images. The photos appear misleading, especially the infinity pool and scenic views, which looked significantly different in person. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here."

"You all should book here at Wyndham Grand Hotel. All amenities are near by walking distance easy access to the Go Transit Bus for the outdoor amenities. Room views are nice you can see the falls. Casino and shopping stores."

"We just wrapped up a two-day stay at Great Wolf Lodge, and honestly, it was one of the most vibrant experiences we’ve had in Niagara Falls. The standout feature was the open property—the layout is just fantastic, offering a sense of freedom as you move around. Our room was a bit of a trek from the lobby—it required a long walk through a corridor—but that was really the only drawback. The water park was a total blast—our kid was in heaven. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment, but the service stood out. Staff were always around, super friendly, and quick to help, even when the place was buzzing late at night. The whole property felt alive—no matter the hour, people were out, whether in the lobby or just wandering around the grounds. This was probably our 10th or 15th visit to Niagara Falls, but it was our first time staying here—and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a dynamic, always-awake resort in Niagara, this is it."
