"The room was very comfortable. It is located almost on the train tracks but the double windows did an amazing job keeping the room quiet. Nice size lobby for breakfast or coffee. Coffee was available from 23:00 till 11:00 the next morning. The rooftop had a decent view of the cathedral. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. "

"Nice modern room. Air-con didn’t work so did get a little hot, but windows open so not too bad. The service was lacking. Check-in and out was great unfortunately bar experience was shocking. Two female staff didn’t want to serve as their shift finished in 10 minutes and told colleague through back and will be out soon. They were not doing anything they just didn’t want to do work. "

Originally given a double room when a twin was booked, told by staff I hadn't booked a double (when I had), though it was dealt with it was made to feel like a massive inconvenience for the member or staff. Couple or bits in the morning room not great, toilet flushing button hanging off wall, needs touching up in places. "

"The hotel is so well located and the view we had from our room was stunning. The room had been recently refurbished, we only had an issue with the rubber beneath the shower door wouldnt attach, someone tried but with no success, so the bathroom was at slight risk of flooding. Also, due to construction work they weren't serving breakfast, which we were only made aware of when checking in. They did provide some small pastries and coffee in the morning, but these came with no plate, so ended up...

"Easy stay, only 10 minute walk to the stations or 20 minutes to the Cathedral on train. The place felt safe and the staff were friendly although they could use another staff member as one person was having to do everything. The room and bathroom was clean."
