"The sign upfront reads 'under new management' but it was more like under NO MANAGEMENT. The gentleman at the front desk, despite being being very friendly did not speak English. The only word I could understand was 'money'. The room was disgusting and had not been cleaned at all. There were cigarette buds in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty.
