"My package included 2 drinks and they weren’t offered. I booked this hotel because of the loot bags and we didn’t recieve one nor did we get a room upgrade that was offered with the package, I requested 2 beds and had to share with my mum. The only option for parking was $60!!! This wasn’t listed anywhere "
