"One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in the last couple of years "

"Nice hotel and lovely inside. Excellent room service. Horrible valet with only one spot for parking and only one person running valet ($50 a night). Room could use a good vacuuming. We watched a woman struggle with her luggage -no bell hop -noone to open doors- no luggage cart. And three employees at the front desk gossiping very loud but NEVER offered help. We struggled with our luggage and had the same experience. This is NOT 5 star service "

"Property is beautiful, nice, clean rooms. Spacious bathroom. Ideally located to the Palace theater. The bar in the hotel was nice and happy hour had great, reasonably priced drinks and food. Valet parking was very convenient."

"Was told they would comp my parking by the Manager. but the staff said she would not.Other than that, we had a great stay!"
