"I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding a recent stay at the Colonial Inn Franklin that I booked through Expedia. This was my second stay at this establishment, with my first stay taking place from May 13–15 and my most recent stay beginning on July 22.
During my first stay, I was assigned Room 109. This room is located in a dark back corner of the property, has spotty internet service, and offers limited access to parking. When I checked in on July 22 for my second stay, I...
"Stayed in the cottage room. Really small bathroom. The screened in porch, advertised as an upgrade to this room, and the reason we booked this room, was filthy and filled with hardware and cleaning supplies. Completely cluttered and, dirty and unusable.
Breakfast was served and was not good. Eggs and fruit were edible, the rest was not.
Overall place was dirty and not worth the roughly $170 we paid to stay there.
