"A humidifier was available but the room was still very hot. One of the two elevators was not working. We were fortunate since our room was still accessible but it was a busy week and since one of the elevators was out of service the wait time was increased. Also, the change machine was out of order. This is a simple thing to address but yet it wasn’t. "

"Overall would stay again. Couple of comments is the bed and pillows were not comfortable as hard. Parking was underneath but spots and getting in/out is very tight."

"I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. The fireplace is a known issue and we were told the building is older and therefore it will not work. The water was shut off for a day and there is an occasional smell that comes from...

"The place was very nice. Location was very convient. Walk to the lifts. Hot tubs on side were nice. Only one elevator was working. Room was clean and well kept. There is no fan in the bathroom, need to open windows/door to control heat which is a little high, so the air gets a bit dry. "

"Appreciate the space we had in the Colorado Suite. Location is so convenient to walk to Main Street but also have a shuttle on-demand into town. Very nice staff (thank you Kelly!). Great Friday night barbeque (thank you Omar) with music."
