So convenient and near the Hakata train station with lots of food and shopping. Didn’t have to call reception since they have everything except a safe in the room.

Very close to Hakata station and shopping. Comfortable stay. Leg massage machine in the room was very nice after the long flight.

Very good hotel in an excellent location for getting around Only problem was the air conditioning which could not be controlled by us or the hotel. We suffered high humidity in the room leaving anything left out damp. The dehumidifier in the room did not work but the hotel provided a second one which did and cleared the humidity when on. Too noisy to leave on overnight though meaning dampness in the morning again. Also, the fridge froze anything left in it for anytime

Brilliant location near the station. It is not THAT easy to find but it is close to the station when you DO find it. The other Hotel Forza at the opposite exit of the station was easier to find. However, good spot - good wifi - good experience.

Good location, good staff, good service. But very odd policy. If you ask to clean up your room, the hotel will not provide you the 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water. You will only get the free water if you do not need the room to be cleaned up. I think this is unfair. It is very common to make up the room and keep it clean & tidy.

Very fancy
One of the most luxurious hotels I’ve stayed in. They had everything from a mist shower to back massaging pillows on the beds. I wish I could have stayed more than one night! Also very nearby Hakata station and other bus stops.

It is well connected to subway and JR Hakata station. I just need to walk 3 mins across a traffic junction to reach JR station. It is also near the underground food street at JR Hakata station and Sunplaza.

部屋の設備としてマッサージ機があったのですが、リモコンに表示されるフット部分がなく、足のマッサージができず残念でした。肩、背中、腰はチェアで出来て良かったです。それ以外は、とても満足しています。朝ごはんが品数が多く、朝ごはん担当の方が親切でした。

衛生打掃很恐怖喔⋯ 吹風機上沾了一堆前客人的頭髮、廁所牆上也都沾了頭髮，還有一處有點噁心黃黃的沾黏物⋯拍了照片給櫃檯看，櫃檯小姐自己都嚇一跳，晚上說要給我換房間。 這種很基本的衛生打掃⋯這麼容易看到的狀況都不乾淨了，更何況可能有些看不到⋯ 雖給換房間，但還是會想換去哪間應該都還是有疙瘩吧⋯

여기 추천하고 싶다
하카타역이 너무 가까워 좋음. 쇼핑 식사 편의점까지 주위에 많아서 편리함. 내부관리도 잘 되어 있고 조식도 정갈하여 꼭 드셔보시길 권장. 직원 모두 친절하여 다음에도 다시 오고 싶은 호텔이다.
