Firstly, they made is so difficult to get luggage delivery even when you will be at the unit when the delivery happens. They would not provide the room number ahead of time to coordinate luggage delivery from Yamato. Secondly, the check-in was so extensive and overboard asking for a passport prior to check in, then during the check in and then asked for a live chat video. Thirdly, when we checked in, it was unclean. Condom wrapper left in a bedding not one but two. Floor wasn't cleaned well as items from the previous guests were found on the floor. Fourthly, the noise was off the charts. You can hear everything neighbours are doing - walking, dragging their chairs, slamming cabinets etc. The floors are not well insulated. Neighbours above were extremely loud from 1-3am. Did not sleep well. Fifthly, laundry is only a washer and not a dryer. You need to go to the coin laundry to dry clothes. Sixth, not a lot of utensils at all. No glasses for water only cups. No silverware (knife, fork, spoons), no bowls, no large plates and only one cooking utensil. Seventh, they are using a photo of Canal City and not their property. This is misleading. Canal City is not that close to this accommodation. On the plus side, the space was nice and the staff was accessible and responsive to cleaning the unit again. They offered fresh sheets etc in response to the request to clean. Bathroom was clean and well kept and had a lot of options.
