Great and helpful hotel staff. Smooth and efficient checkin & checkout. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and loved the bus stops near the hotel. Easy travel to the city center by bus.

Hotel situated in an office area, just 2 min walk to the subway station Machtlfinger on U3 line. Checkin was fast, just need to show vaccination certificate and ID ( German or EU QR not required). Front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

It was a wonderful week stay at the Flag. A very convenient place to move around. The staff were friendly attending to our request and they are customer-oriented.

The hotel is new, chic and comfortable! The bathroom is fantastic! Parking is at its underground garage for 9 Euro per day. Drinks at the hotel lounge are good and reasonably priced. Wifi was problematic and hence I asked the front desk for some directions to Salzburg. The front desk lady very kindly printed out maps and driving directions for me. Clean, quiet and a very pleasant stay. No frills but you have all you need. Cleaning every 5 days.

Everything was excellent, especially the location and the staff were helpful. However, we found the Team Room bathrooms too small and the entire floor prone to getting wet when showering, including in the toilet area. Staff was helpful in providing extra towels for mopping up the water. We would stay here again but will select another room next time.
