Great and helpful hotel staff. Smooth and efficient checkin & checkout. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and loved the bus stops near the hotel. Easy travel to the city center by bus.

Hotel situated in an office area, just 2 min walk to the subway station Machtlfinger on U3 line. Checkin was fast, just need to show vaccination certificate and ID ( German or EU QR not required). Front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is new, chic and comfortable! The bathroom is fantastic! Parking is at its underground garage for 9 Euro per day. Drinks at the hotel lounge are good and reasonably priced. Wifi was problematic and hence I asked the front desk for some directions to Salzburg. The front desk lady very kindly printed out maps and driving directions for me. It was a wonderful week stay at the Flag. A very convenient place to move around. The staff were friendly attending to our request and they are customer-oriented.

Great location for Oktoberfest, line 18 took us right to the action. Hotel was clean and had decent shower.....room very warm could not get AC to work. Hotel was a little noisy but considering that we stayed over the final weekend of Oktoberfest it could have been worse. LOVED Munich and hotel was good, would be happy to return.
