"Hotel was fine, but value for money somewhat limited by the front desk automation process. While attendants are helpful where possible, they are limited by the booking system (for example, continuing a stay). Oddly low frills. Room cleaning process with towels and trash is a bit hit or miss. Location is good, staff is decent."

"The room was clean and tidy, although I wish we had a view of the kokugikan. The beds were much firmer than we are used to, which was expected as we have stayed at APA hotels before. The spa was nice with many different baths to choose from. We had breakfast at the Veranda once and it was okay, however we definitely found better value & better tasting food elsewhere. The biggest reason why I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is the elevators. They are super busy at most times, expect long waits to go down to the lobby or up to your floor, and expect to pass by multiple elevators as they will be full when they stop on your floor. One of the biggest annoyances is that the elevator will fill up with people from guest room floors heading to the spa, then on its way back up it will be already full from people leaving the spa and going back to their rooms. So people waiting in the lobby have no choice but to wait even longer for an elevator with space in it."

"It is a great hotel, location is great easy access to restaurant and shopping, it literally all are walking distance, highly recommended."

"Clean rooms, basic rooms are small but paying a little extra for more space is worth it in my opinion especially if you find yourself with multiple people or large luggage. Location is good next to a train station with access to several convenient stores and a Don Quijote nearby. Staff is helpful and polite."

"High-end hotel with spacious lobby and friendly staff. Room toiletries are refreshed daily. Very clean. There’s no shortage of hidden gem restaurants within walking distance. Super convenient location right between 2 subway stations. Would come back again."
