"My only complaint is that our room was a bit perfume-y on arrival but I tend to be sensitive to cleaning products. All in all though - very neat, clean, and updated enough given the price point. Will definitely stay here again on my way through North Vancouver! Staff was super friendly and responsive."

"Hotel is a former apartment building with 4 suites on each floor. Suites are large with full kitchen amenities (available for a fee). Bed was comfortable and the suite was well furnished. Of course, the biggest plus for the hotel is its' location on Robson Street, just up from Denman. Numerous restaurants, stores, shops etc. are but a brief walk away. Good place to stay and for downtown Vancouver, the rates are quite reasonable."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and breakfast was just enough, but no gluten free. Gluten free options available at the restaurant! Great food and service was fantastic!"

"We stayed in a standard room with two double beds, which overall was very nice. Small issue was that we found the bathroom lights were not very bright and oddly no extractor fan in it which meant the mirror took ages to clear. I found the toilet very low too. The beds were comfy and there were nice touches with the white tea products. We were about 4 rooms in from elevator, but seemed to be able to hear it. But it didn't go all night which is fine. Nice to have a fridge in room and good hair dryer. We paid for breakfast and that was amazing, we were spoilt for choice. We used the indoor and outdoor pool which were both great. Towels provided at both. The outdoor pool had warmed towels which was lovely. The hot tub at the indoor pool was very nice and we were very lucky to have it too ourself for about an hour. We didnt use the gym but it looked well equipped. The hotel has many water refill stations. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only found the lady at the gift shop a little rude when asking for help."
