Good staff service, clean and looks new room

My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

The reception staffs were all very friendly. Staff at breakfast area were very friendly and quick to clean up the table. Well done. Mr Fiq, was managing the breakfast crowd and the staff very well. Kudos to him and his team!

It was a pleasant stay with the Corum View Hotel. It was my first hotel at Penang and I feel good with the king size bed. The location is near to market, shopping mall and supermarket.

The concierge staff esp the lady was very friendly and extremely helpful.

We stayed here two nights (23+24 June 2014) while on a round trip in Malaysia. This hotel is pricey compared to the other hotels/B&B in the neighborhood, but its definitely worth the price. The hotel looks like the pictures and has very nice calm over it. Service is great, we didn't had a refrigerator in the room but they just put a mini refrigerator in the room since we had something to celebrate! The Receptionist (a Malay lady) was very helpful in sharing with us how to get around Georgetown. She gave us a map with the bus numbers and destinations. The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance to KOMTAR (where the main bus station and malls are located). There is no eatery close by to SO Hotel. She also offered to put our luggage into our room once the room was ready as we were out of the hotel then. The room had no window but with the price that we paid it was ok. We had a choice of pillow...

Trendy property with good proximity to KOMTAR and yet provides a stay void of the commotion and noises. Friendly staff. Ideal place to stay if you appreciate simple things in life. Smaller room. Ideal for 2. Can see the care that has gone into every single detail of the property. Would recommend to friends.

Elevator service is obviously under capacity during peak period on weekends. Try to minimise 'lift servicing' during check-out time.

Great place to move around the City. Plenty of street foods available.

Great hotel. Suitable for families or couples. Location is a little far from city but near to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, and would take the extra step to make sure the stay was comfortable. The room was neat and clean, with all vanities available.
