The staff are very accommodating specially Marlon, John Bert, Juan and Joan and the manong guard at the gate.
Not good about a reef resort, cannot be considered as a four star hotel. We reserved and paid early Jan.29 ,2019 and Checked in August 22, 2019, thinking we are to get a nicer room
And view but unfortunately we were given a room near a room being renovated and painted which Paint is still

In our room. That is not good for our lungs. We requested for a change of room but they told us no more available rooms .It’s good that we saw Marlon that night and we were transferred to a bachelors pad, downgraded but better than the first one.
There were cockcroaches at the room coz they clean it only every two days, tissue papers are limited . No hand towels or even face towels. We don’t expect this kind of accommodation. We travel international and domestic but this is the worst experience so far. If not for their staff maybe we can rate them as two stars only. Photos of the hotel shown on line is totally different from that in person.
