We love our bungalow which is just a few steps away from the beach. The room is clean and spacious. But most of all, every one of the staff are very accommodating. This place is so peaceful with its own beach area and no crowds at all!

Giant cockroach in bed. No working wifi. No attempt to fix it or to accommodate time sensitive breakfast. Mismatch in pricing communicated in confirmation and actual pricing. Overall poorly managed property.

It’s beautiful the only thing to note is there is no Wi-Fi on the rooms you need to go to the restaurant to access internet but for the most part everything is good staff is very accommodating love the view and everything about it

The staffed our super friendly our room is nice and super clean loved it. It’s close to everything nice beach view and with a pool. I would stay here again

Firstly, the staff were THE BEST. The property is old, tired and severely over priced. I was upset when I arrived. The staff called the owner who wasn’t understanding or helpful. Charlie, nening and Jeanette helped improve my stay. 2/10 for the hotel. but 10/10 for the staff. Leigh 🇦🇺

Hi Leigh. thanks for your honest review. I m happy the the staff took good care of you. we got hit hard by a super typhoon. you got already a 30% discount on our published prices. I offered that you can check out with full refund if you don't like our place. But you stayed. Not really sure what else I could offer you. Hope you still had a good time

The staff here are so friendly. They make you feel like family. The owner “Rico” was one of the first who greeted us. Incredible warm welcome. The food was very good and the room was large, clean and comfortable.

Bare minimum offered here but not at bare minimum price. Typical of Siargao Island lately, I suppose. The bar/restaurant was good and convenient, but nothing to rave over.

It is waterfront, but i wouldn't call it beachfront because the 'beach' is narrow with course coral fragments and while the water is shallow the bottom is covered in sea grass. Also, while the staff are great, they each seem to have a friend or two visit for a while, gathering in the kitchen - and talking. Loudly. So loud we could hear them plainly in our room with door & windows closed. Thry were gone by 8 or 9pm, but it makes for a long day when you're trapped inside with the bar or room due to the weather. Lastly, our room smelled of mildew, and so did another room when i asked for an alternate. Mildew might be tolerable for a couple days, but not a week. Its probably in the bamboo strips lining the interior walls.

Warm Service
The great service and the warm atmosphere makes this place a really nice place to stay. The staff are always ready to serve with a radiant smile and they love chatting with guests. It's got a really laid-back vibe. The food was good and not overly salty (which is usually the case for most Filipino food). Siargao Inn also faces a nice little rocky beach where you can lounge on a deck chair. There are only a few things you need to take note of. You have to bring your own soap, the place is about a 15-min walk from the restaurants at General Luna, and housekeeping is on request.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and not too far from the airport. Good food around the area. Our stay was pleasant.

Prisvärt!
Fantastiskt upplägg med strand, pool och boende så nära ihop. Då restaurangen enbart är för gäster tar det en stund att för köket att laga din beställning, men annars suverän service. Fina hus för priset. Inte helt täta när man stängt så mygg etc kommer in löpande. Väldigt hjälpsam personal och reception!

Un hôtel ayant subi un typhon très bien remis sur pieds, cadre reposant (sauf le coq du voisin de derrière qui chante nuit et jour sans relâche : prévoir de bonnes boules quies pour les oreilles sensibles), piscine à débordement, personnel souriant et à l’écoute, literie confortable, carte continentale. Je recommande! Point d’amélioration : la pression de la douche! Merci pour ce séjour ✌️

Super nice bungalows on the beach
I really liked this hotel! The bungalows were clean and comfortable and the location on the beach is perfect. It was really easy to rent motor bikes from the hotel and drive to restaurants and other beaches. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant had a large variety of nice food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. One thing to improve would be to extend the wifi so that it would be usable in all bungalows and not only in the restaurant area. I really recommend this place.

Lugnt och trevligt boende. Härlig och trevlig personal. Familjär stämning. Personalen hjälpte till med allt från utflykter till att hyra mopeder och posta vykort. Kan klart rekommendera detta ställe. Det enda jag kan klaga på var att sängkläderna var lite trasiga och fläckiga. Ett annat stort plus var att ac:n var tyst.... Aldrig vart på ett hotell med så tyst AC.

Es gibt besseres...
Preis-Leiistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht dh für das gebotene zu teuer. Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert, hängen tw. selbst in Gruppen an der Bsr ab, laut & rauchend während Gäste am Tisch daneben essen. Training/Schulung dringend nötig Es gibt auf Siargao bessere Alternativen
