"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area. "

"My unit was clean, but sparse. Having a small refrigerator was useful. The extra 200$ deposit in addition to $50 cleaning fee was unexpected and in the context of the following felt unfair: Upon arrival the entryway/common space/kitchen was full of dirty dishes in the sink and all trash cans (for paper, bottles and regular trash) were full to the brim.
