"Very noisy surrounding the hotel . Facilities were very nice and Staff were mixed. Ranged from very nice to quite harsh."

"Great location. Just at the newly opened Westfield Mall. 3-5 mins walk to the metro. Front desk are helpful for any questions you have. And the best part for me was the free access to Prime Time Fitness which they have partnered with. Will stay again. "

"The large family room was excellent. The separate ‘room’ with the bunk beds was perfect for our boys and meant they could sleep whilst we watched some tv. The large window seat was pleasant but the view was just of other apartment blocks. The large bathroom had a great shower and the separate toilet was good. The breakfast buffet was extensive and replenished throughout. Although we didn’t dine on an evening, the South Korean inspired cocktails were good. Staff were all helpful and polite. We would stay again. "

"Great place to stay in Hamburg. The room is large even by USA standards and has a full functioning kitchen. The property is modern and I had no issues using the elevators. While the pool was undergoing renovation, I was able to use the gym and sauna. I strongly recommend pre-purchasing the breakfast during reservation as it has a buffet with lot of food options and unlimited cappuccinos/juice. It will be more expensive to purchase it at the property."
