"The staff went out of their way to put us in a ground floor room to suit me, only downfall the bed was a bit hard. We had breakfast in the morning which had a very good variety for a continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly 😁"

They even offered to keep our personal valuable belongs at the front desk safe (which we did). Room housekeeping was good too. Microwave can be added to the rooms, so we don't have to ask the casino bar to warm our food items. A room clock should also be added to the rooms to keep track of time.
