We booked the three bedroom penthouse which was beautiful and had amazing views of the beach. The property is a bit run down and could do with some minor maintenance. I would recommend booking the three bedroom penthouse and would stay there again.

Our apartment was on the 12th level with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Very close to tram stop and about 12 minutes walk to Cavill Ave. Q1 building was 2 streets away. The apartment had all the basics. We stayed for 3 weeks and write up about apartment said serviced but found this was not correct. Washer and dryer included so linen etc was able to be washed.

The location is good and offers easy access to Surfers Paradise. The unit was old but spacious enough for a family. However, the cleanliness was average, and there were no basic kitchen supplies like salt or pepper. When I requested additional shampoo, the reception informed me that there would be an extra charge. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning provided.

It was nice location. Had hard time sleeping as bedrooms did not have a/c. Stayed for 3 nights and needed to cook some food but unfortunately they don’t provide salt and paper. I am traveling from another country can”t bring my own spices and these are basic.

Having used the Gold Coast as my getaway place for years, Baronnet has hands down won me over for life. Its a bit older but the most comfortable apartment for my partner & I.

Love this place! I was in the 8th floor with an amazing view of the ocean . It was so beautiful to wake up to . The young man at the front desk was helpful and sweet. I’ll definitely come back .

It was a cosy apartment. The view to the ocean was blissful. There seemed to be lot of ants appearing in the mornings on the balcony however will disappear.

The property was excellent but they need to have a service where you can refresh your towels even at a cost. I don't come on holiday expecting to have to wash my towels.

Great view, large apartment,so close to the beach. Only 2 towels provided and no facecloths supplied or beach towels ( unless you paid extra at reception but the office was closed for the first two days even during Office Open Hours.) We couldn't get a WIFI logon for our room and ended up peggybacking off a nearby room but it kept dropping off, so almost 5 days without internet only Wifi.

The property was listed as pet friendly but when we raised comments made to us by some residents on check out we were advised it wasn’t, and someone had accidentally listed it as pet friendly. We understand mistakes are made but being accurate about being pet friendly is important as it was the reason we selected Baronnet Apartments. The only the other complaint is the internet was not available on the first day and there was no TV unless you logged into your own streaming accounts. The location is great if you’re looking for midway between Surfers and Broadbeach. The apartment was aging but clean.
