Cons: Very noisy traffic and construction. Apartment living area small. Very small balcony so not useful. Pros. Comfortable Beds, large fridge and TV’s great for family . Large double shower. Free parking, tennis court and spa great addition.

Absolutely loved staying here! Everything was perfect and I will definitely book here again for any Gold Coast trips we do in the future! Location of the property was the best walking distance to Pacific Fair close to the beach and all the restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Neptune. Staff were really nice & friendly. We only had trouble with the cafe down stairs every time we’d go for breakfast the chef was never in. The area was perfect. Everything we needed was provided in our hotel. Washing machine, towels, extra blankets. Thank you Neptune. Keep up the good work!

It was not a resort more like an apartment. Very average but you get a nice 1 room apartment in a great location. Free WiFi available but no Netflix. I recommend it for the price and location.
