Excellent package with the flight. I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 just for a few little things the hotel could improve to make it flawless. First, two of us with only 2 towels for 4 days is not enough: they don't dry as quickly especially if one has couple of quick shower per day. An extra pair of towel would be great. Second, only 2 sachets of decaf coffee. It would be nice to have a few extra sachets. Third, the shower head did not lock inlace properly. Fourth, the toilet door was quite squeaky, it needs some oil to avoid waking people up at night. For the rest, everything was excellent, the view stunning while feeding some visiting parrots on the balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

I thought the room was well equiped, reasonably priced, spacious and having a balcony was nice. Our King bed was comfortable and the room had old style charm with a lot of wooden cabinetry and greenstone floor/ wall tiles. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Oaks is alright in a pinch

Customer service was good. Room was clean enough. Carpet deodedizer was strong and made us feel nauseous and itchy. Water pressure made loud noises and woke us up.

The apartment was spacious and offered plenty of room to relax, which was a definite plus. The view was quite nice and added to the experience. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Cleanliness was just average—nothing too bad, but it could have been better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially with the bed and cleaning standards.

Last minute booking for 2 nights when flights were cancelled. Room was extremely spacious with large bathroom and seperate toilet. A little dated nowadays but would have been top of the range in its heyday. Lovely crisp linen bed sheets with 2 types of pillows to choose from. Room smelt a little musty (as older buildings tend to do) so opened the balcony doors to allow fresh air. Air conditioner quite noisy but able to turn off at night. We would recommend it.

Do yourself a favour - stay here

I absolutely loved this property. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful at all times, the room with views toward the ocean were incredible. The rooms are a great size with loads of amenities. If you want TV or on demand, this is the place they have heaps of channels and movies all free. The only slight criticism I would have, and that could will be a personal choice, I found the bed a little soft, I like more firm mattress. But that is literally the only thing that I can say that is not five star.

Very clean and comfortable. But there was not glasses in room . No coffee or sugar also no coffee shop in facility . Also there was 40$ charge for 2nights car park 1$ extra charge for security
