it was the best room beyond my expectation. The outside view from my room on 18 floor, inside space with interior, the room service, facilities like hot pool/Sona bath/gym, booking counter for outside activities, top floor city view/walk, quick/beautiful reception service and so much. Spacious & very comfortable apartment with fabulous 180 degree views of the ocean and Surfers Paradise. So close to tram stop, where you can access public transport to theme parks & airport. A short walk to Cavill Ave, convenience stores, eateries and the beach. 'All round' excellent location and accommodation!

The view from our property was beautiful and the amount of light in the apartment during the day was gorgeous! The apartment itself was very practical as well as aesthetic interior decoration

It wasn’t what we expected; for the price, we were expecting something more nice, the room was dated and the bed was very uncomfortable; two singles pushed together. The balcony door didn’t lock and the fridge door didn’t close properly. The shower door didn’t close properly so water would go all over the floor. The reception staff were not helpful, We will not stay here again.

We called the reception at around 10pm to request for a soup bowl as there was only one bowl in the apartment and the other bowls that were in the cabinet were very oddly shaped. Receptionist replied to our request by saying that it could only be provided by the housekeeping and they would be at the property in the morning only. Fair enough, we waited till morning and when the housekeepers arrived at our place, we asked them for a bowl and they said it could only be provided the reception. After that we couldn’t be bothered, it somewhat dampened our spirits and holiday as it was otherwise an awesome stay at the property.
