We love Burliegh. This place is one street from all the shops and restaurants. Plus very close to the beach and walking paths.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus station. The facilities are also well-equipped. And the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only drawback is the lack of a lift, but everything else was perfect.

Very comfortable apartment. Good layout. Clean and tidy . Shower head in main bathroom needs upgrading. All necessary inclusions in the apartment. Beds are very comfortable as is all other furniture. Highly recommend it. Will stay again

Apartment lacks accessibility. Not great if you have a pram. Man at the counter wasn’t very accommodating or flexible when we asked for a very small extension on the checkout time. The floors were dirty and bathroom was a bit mouldy. Horrible pillows as well, so BYO if you can. Great location, great area and good sized apartment.

Not the best, not too bad (unit/villa)

The complex location is excellent, just a few steps from the shops and a short distance walk to the beach. The following is about a unit/villa (#2) and not an apartment in the complex. The size of the unit is really good, so large and comfortable. However, the place is very dark and needs the lights switched on all the time. It was tidy but not cleaned at perfection, with some dirt in corners, under and behind some furniture, etc. Also quite a few weeds in the entrance/front yard. The furniture in general is very old dated which we think was what created a bit a smell we did not like but got used to. The kitchen appliances were quite new, including the fridge. Every room had air conditioning which was fantastic.

The bed mattress was hard. Found two cockroaches but insect spray was provided. Walking in the immediate area was easy. Facilities were all very close and convenient.

The property was excellent, it was a shame that we didn’t book directly with them as we would I’d saved a few hundred dollars. Wotif promoted a deal but in reality it would of been much better to book with the village. Next time book directly with the accommodation place. You are a rip off wot if, I’m really disappointed with how much you can rip people off. The accommodation was excellent though.

We were attending a wedding at Boomerang Farm and The Village was a perfect location for wedding guests to share accommodation. We had a 3BR unit with 2 bathrooms (both with huge baths), kitchen facilities, big lounge area and close to restaurants and the beach. We didn't use the pool or any of the facilities but it all looked very nice. Reasonable price and convenient location.

Comfortable apartment in central location

My sisters and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely except on the night of arrival we found the light in one of the bathrooms was not working. This was terrible as the reason we booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was so we would be able to get ready quickly to go out to dinner seeing we arrived late. We all had to use the one bathroom the whole time we were there as the reception was not open being a weekend. Also the remote for the fan in one bedroom was not working as well which was ok because it wasnt in the middle of Summer but if it had of been hotter this would of been a real nuisance seeing there was no air-conditioning. Other than those 2 things the apartment was very nice in a great central location to everything.

Great price for a great location

Great location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, flexible staff who allowed us to checkin early. Only negative is of you hsve more than 1 car, as most parkkng arpjnd is paid parkjng (obviously not the resprts fsult, but something to keep jn mind)

Great location, plenty to offer, priced sensibly

3rd time we've stayed at the Village as a family of three. Great location, rooms are spacious and clean. Tight carpark and stairs no elevator only are only downsides but it's only 3 levels so you can deal with it.

Good value and spacious unit

Our 2 bed unit (no 20) was comfortable, large and well equipped and very clean but the overall condition was well worn such as stained carpets and in need of a "refresh". Didn't bother us at all as cleanliness is more important. Discovered a bit late drawers full of DVDs we could have watched (given we had rainy weather). The kitchen was full size and seemed to have a good assortment of necessary items to cook a meal if you wished in addition to usual crockery, cutlery and glassware. This unit had a large outside table as well as small patio setting off the master bedroom. The unit is in a large complex in the centre of Burleigh Heads so short walk to restaurants and beach. Access is by various flights of stairs so may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Undercover security carpark. The manager Sandy is exceptionally helpful. One downside no free wifi though we used our own mobile data. We would stay here again, especially as the price was excellent for a large unit in this area.
