Clean room, good space, great view to the pool and water. Just had to get a door stopper. Door chain broken. Only key door lock. Room door doesn’t look secured. Receptionist said maintenance have gone home and it will be fixed the next day. Girl said camera are all over the property. I can’t rely on those cameras

We’ve stayed here before and already had an idea what to expect. The rooms are good size with a kitchen. The hotel is run down but we don’t mind it given the location and parking. The cost of the rooms is a good price for a family staying on the Gold Coast. It’s not five stars but a good three stars given the age of the property. We plan to stay here again if it’s still standing

My experience was below average. Mainly because I couldn’t use kitchen much which I really needed to due to my dietary restrictions. Kitchen had water leakage issue that restricted me to use it. Though hotel staff helped me providing extra towels to soak the water but that didn’t helped much and I ended up not using kitchen at all. Also there were lot of noise due to some machine or something similar. Noise was too loud. I think this should have been mentioned in the room description. Otherwise location is quite good.

Magical Night time rooftop spa

I love this place been there over 200 times The rooftop spa at night time is magical And the rooms with spas which is a normal room can fit so many people to stay

Amazing customer service and the location is fantastic - right near HOPO ferry dock, bus stops and within a few minutes walk to the tram stop, supermarkets, beach, main strip of Surfers Paradise is 5 minutes walk away. Restaurant next to the hotel was great as well. Check in was very easy, every question was answered and they made every effort to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is in need of cosmetic repairs and some TLC. The rooms are very big (family of 5 were very comfortable in one of their 1 bedroom suites). I'm a stickler for our hotel room being clean, unfortunately the cleaners hadn"t cleaned out/vaccuumed under the couch cushions so that was a not gross for me - everything else was very clean though. If I was really nit picking, I'd also say I wish their toilet paper was nice - teenagers complained! Beds are comfortable with plenty of spare bedding, extra towels on request and the suite was stocked with a clothes airer, ironing board and iron, TVs in both the living area and bedroom, aircon and ceiling fans in each room of the suite. We had an issue with the first room we were provided (we were unable to use one of the beds due to a problem with it - they were not aware of), as soon as we showed them the issue, they immediately provided us with a new room, apologised for the inconvenience and also replaced the bed the following day.

Rooms are extremely dated, broken tiles, old sagging bed in bedroom. Fold out bed was revolting, sagging, stained and old, my son slept on top of the lounge. Leaking toilet cistern, and generally a noisy location, but great access to Cavil and river. Otherwise the unit was cleaned well, front desk staff were lovely and helpful. Booking process and communication good.
