Be aware not all rooms are the same in size. Not all have as good a ocean view and not all floors are the same. So it is a bit of a surprise to book the same room and find it was much small than last time. One lift was out but it seem to be working by the time we left. Overall i don't mind the property and there are some more experienced staff there than others. The young lady with long hair is very nice.

Amazing accommodation, fantastic facilities, friendly staff, close to everything at Broadbeach. Only issue was that the bed was really hard and not very comfortable. Would still stay here again.

Top spot to stay for a vacation

Receptionist was very friendly on check-in. The pool is just beautiful and large and the spa is terrific. As it is a new building, everything was brand new. Extremely easy to walk to Broadbeach mall or to Pacific Fair.

Unit had great views across to mountains and beach. Floor to ceiling windows. Well equipped except for no kettle or toaster which wasnt needed but would think other guests could expect. Close to lots of amenities. Friendly, helpful staff.

This was a lovely, new property. It still has a few little things to fix. The pool area was fantastic with a great warm spa and towels provided. There is even a coffee machine in your room! The only downside was that the teppanyaki grills weren’t working and the bathroom towels were super thin and well used. This place is an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes with magnificent views. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked an ocean view room but got put on the side so you could only see it from certain angles. The photos are nothing like the actual apartment. These need to be updated. The couch is tiny and lounge area quite uncomfortable. The master bathroom is smaller than second bedroom. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need. The pool area is great.

Single beds were tiny. And I mean really tiny - how they expect adults to stay in semi single beds is beyond me. Beware if you are over 5"10 and request for single beds you will have a hard time sleeping. Plus the Air-conditioning was really bad and had a mind of its own. It was hot when it needed to be cold and cold when it needed to be hot. The views were amazing however and it was a modern clean apartment. However let down by the above points. Wouldn't stay here again

We loved our room, the view was incredible. I wish the online discrimination was better. Coming from out of the country communication was hard. We didn’t know the couch in the study folded out as a bed till we got there. Supplies in the apt were sparse we had to go buy hangers, beach towels, soap and more coffee for example. The front desk hours make it challenging to get help when you need it.
