"House keeping cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels. The morning checked out, whilst waiting for Grab, i accidentally left my tablet in the safe. It was extremely nice of the cleaner brought it down for me. Truly appreciate it. Variety of choices for breakfast.staff are always courteous and helpful. Air conditioning was working well. The downside is the whole street in front of he hotel is currently under repair. It can be quiet challenging to walk around. 1 bonus hotel does provide free afternoon tea with some light refreshments. "

"The staff made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The only one issue was the food menu in all the restaurants did very too much but that was not an issue as we were very close to all the restaurants which there were many to enjoy during our stay. "
