"Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here. The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!"

"Room was spacious and quiet. Clean. Balcony was nice to have but only one chair, kinda run down on outside of the building. Balconies are not maintained. We ate in the restaurant and the food was decent. Sat outside to eat because the inside bar area didn’t seem very inviting.Once again outside area was not very well maintained. Staff was friendly Price was right for one night. Close to Sunnybrook Hospital."

"Check-in was a bit slow but over all everything was excellent. Staff were friendly and courteous. We were in room 1121 which had a stunning view of both falls. I would happily stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend it."
