Royal Star apartments not self catering
Apartment good condition but offers kitchen as a feature for self catering but no kitchen utensils or crockery so could not use this facility. Comfort level not too bad usual super hard beds which is the norm for most apartments. Cleaning was average staff were ok as far as customer service goes.

Otherwise a nice property made us feel eh, simply because a) FD staff was very unengaging, b) the loft's upper decks had very low ceiling, c) we had 3 towel sets though the booking was for four, d) the room's air was filthy owing to possible former smokers, e) the bathroom was small, f) above all, it wasn't the value for that much money we paid, so not recommended highly..

For $100 a night, 2 story, 2 big screen tv's, full kitchen (you need to ask for pots, pans and silverware), 2 air conditioners, washer/dryer (ask for soap packets), this place is incredible!!

Very nice apartment. Clean and convenient. The only thing is the location marked in google map is not correct so better call the hotel to confirm the location.

Property is advertised as having a fitness center. But that’s a blatant lie as there is no fitness center. Disappointed with Expedia for not fact checking a property listed with their portal. It was all the more disappointing as I selected this room especially for the fitness center facilities which meant I had to be several miles further away from my exhibition location. Properties like this are causing me to loose trust in the Expedia system.

I have always wanted to try and stay in a loft and I have no regrets. The room is huge and spacious. I will definitely stay over at this place again when I bring my family along. The services are superb as well. I had a flight delayed from Chongqing to Guangzhou and ended up touching down past midnight. I had to cab from airport to this hotel. I was worried that there would be no one at the reception desk so I called the hotel as soon as I landed to ensure that there will be someone at the reception desk after 1:30am. Check-in and check-out was quick and in less than 5 minutes, the process was completed.

괜찮은 숙소에요 복층구조로 편안하게 자기좋고 1인실로 쓰기에 너무 좋았어요. 세탁기, 건조기가 내부에 비치되어있어서 출장 다니면서 빨래까지 한적은 이번이 처음이네요. 좋음!

部屋は広く、ベットの寝心地もよかった、スタッフも親切で、近くファミリマートもあってとても便利です。5泊利用しました。ほぼ満足です。ただし、ソファーとテーブルは汚い( ﾉД`)ｼｸｼｸ…ソファーは喫煙室なので多少しょうがないところがあると思います。テーブルはベタベタして、、、掃除してないと思います。

En général cet hôtel est plutôt très bien. La salle de bain est vieillissante et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Par contre le restaurant et petit déjeuner est très limité, le choix des plats est faible et l’offre porte surtout sur des mets asiatiques, pas de déjeuner occidental

너무너무 좋은 로얄 스타 아파트먼트
처음에 별기대 안했습니다만 모든면에서 별5개드립니다. 우산과 싱크대 ,익덕션,세탁기,빨래건조대 아주 세심한부분까지 신경쓴 느낌... 너무께끗하고 안내데스크 직원들도 상냥하고 택배도 잘받아주시고 아무튼 편한하게 잘 머물다 갑니다. 광저우 주강변에위치하여 밤에 산책 또는 조깅하기 너무좋아요~^^ 참고로 1층 일식집있는데 사장님외직원분도 너무 착하고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 강추드립니다.

經濟實惠，交通方便
公寓位於潭村地鐵站附近，交通方便，入住體驗良好，高層3房複式單位，空間感好，視野開闊，可以看得到珠江，唯美中不足是洗手間只有一個，三人需要搶洗手間。

有電爐冇煲，失敗！到前堂問服務生攞煲都不願意處理，後來投訴就比了一個十分不清清潔的煲，用完後還要客人清潔乾淨，不然就要付¥50清潔費，對此本人十分不滿意！
