"I really liked the Tidewater. It had all of the amenities of home. The elevators were a little slow but not bad. Right on the beach and walking distance to the pier. The condo itself(unit 2014) had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and their private baths. Plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area. Also a third bath. The balcony had a lot of room as well. If we get a chance to go back, we will stay here again. "

"Shower and toilet had mold! I was unable to take my kids a bath for three days. I reported the issue the first day I arrived and was told the property manager will look at it, they came and seen the mold and said they would replace the shower head, never came back.. they would not switch my unit. The pm finally came and switched it the day before we left. We could not even enjoy the vacation because of this. We dreaded going back to the unit, as the mold caused my daughter to have flare ups due to severe allergy and asthma!"

"The balcony’s are huge and very private, the views are incredible! This condo was fantastic, I would recommend replacing the throw rugs. The floor could have been a little cleaner, our white socks were black on the bottom. "
