Staff were very helpful and friendly. Extra tea and coffee provided as soon as I asked etc. My room was small but had everything I needed and it was absolutely immaculate. I was very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again."

"Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Bar food menu is excellent. Rooms are beginning to look tired and need updating, especially the shower and carpets. The front entrance looks spectacular with pots and hanging baskets in abundance. Gardener deserves the highest commendation for the trimmed topiary and flowers. However, all staff make your stay extra special as nothing is too much trouble. Definitely the best place to stay in Cwmbran. "
