"Great modern hotel"

"Nice clean hotel that included free cooked breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom Location was perfect with off site parking and the train station both a minutes walk away. Close to Newport market with its incredible food court and close to music venue Le Pub which was reason for our stay "

"The staff are always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are always clean. We are never locked out of the building or room. Food at Sawyers is amazing and waiters are polite and helpful. "

"Very clean, though option available to skip a clean if you wanted (for eco purposes). Great welcome on arrival and at breakfast time. Amazing staff, one spotted my kid reading his comic at breakfast and made a point of letting us know there was a comic book fair being held in the hotel that day. My son and I would definitely be happy to stay here again."

"I was really impressed by this hotel, it was only really a bed for a night so I had low expectations but I was absolutely happy with how clean and comfy the room was. I wasn’t expecting a bar either or the secure free parking so this was all a nice surprise. Will definitely be using this hotel again. "
