"Clean room
Friendly staff
Automated check-in/out
Close proximity to Hakata Station hence its popularity
Best is next door to Ichiran Ramen and Welcia (easy to get cheap drinking water and snacks)"
"Great staff great space, nice clean and the design of this hotel is such an art piece! :) however it’s a bit complicated to get in, you have to go to the B1F to pass another room door to the elevator to get to your room floor, it’s a bit like a maze! Not recommended for claustrophobic… overall, beautiful stay!!"
"Nice and clean room
A short walk from Hakata Station
With Starbucks downstairs and Lawson just around the corner so easy to get coffee/breakfast and drinking water and snacks.
Staff is friendly and accomdating.
Only (minor) gripe is no hook to hang clothes and towels inside/outside shower room"
"Courteous staff, as is always the case in Japan. Had to get this room on the fly as there was a snafu with another hotel I booked. I was able to find an available room. The hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, centrally located in Fukuoka, laundry room, gym, and well worth what I paid."
"The lounge near the fountain has friendly staff and great desserts with coffee and tea just to relax for the night listening to piano and solo singer who are both amazing. Their Spa is something to check out too! Very clean and friendly staff. I will go here again. Highly recommend."
