Hotels near Hakuba Green Sports Park

"I booked the single bed room, it was great, comfy bed, smaller space (expected) but I had room for all of my stuff. Bathrooms were clean. Ski storage was warm!! Gear has no problem drying out at all. I packed my own boot dryers but didn’t need to use them once. Outside the gear room is ski waxing/tuning bench. I never used it, but they had a scraper and some screw drivers. Great set-up. Location is good, close to 7-11 made it very convenient. Walk to echo land was about 15 minutes, perfect for me. Did not really want to stay in the middle of the action, but close enough to it. All roads in winter are very slippery, even if you have good boots, I’d recommend bringing some cleats or spikes that wrap around your footwear. I bought some really good ones from the sports store down the road 7000 jpy. Made walking SOO much easier and relaxed. At least buy some cheap ones on Amazon before you go. It will help 100%. Saw some sober people get pretty banged up too. Not just drunk ones . I will 100% try to stay here when i return. "

"While this place is getting updated and renovated, I really enjoyed my stay here at Powder Temple. Hannah, Freya, Jack, Calle and Ture made the stay very welcoming. While work was being done to the place during my stay I was never bothered by it. It felt very homely and comfortable and the team always checked in to make sure everything was going well. The room was clean and had everything I needed; even a nice toiletry kit as I had forgot some toothpaste. Powder Temple made it seem like you were staying in a cabin with friends. East access to the slopes as there is a station to take a bus straight to 47 and Goryu which is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. "

"100% recommend! The staff are all super helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious! When we first arrived at Hakuba station, the hotel said they will arrange a pick up for us. The moment we stepped out of the station, the hotel staff was there waiting with a signage that made it easy for us to find. He was even willing to bring us to a nearby convenient store to buy stuff if needed, even though we didn't need to. At the hotel, we managed to get early check in which was great and allowed us to get our ski equipment and lesson for the kids at 2pm. The hotel staff was very helpful and pointed us to nearby places where we can quickly get our gear and lessons. We managed to get the last lesson slot for the day at Iimori with an English speaking instructor. For the next day, there were no more lessons available at Iimori but the hotel managed to helped us book the last Chinese speaking instructor at Hakuba Goryu, which was great. We can speak English and Chinese, but not that much of Japanese. The hotel staff was even so kind to send us over to Hakuba Goryu as we had two young kids, so we don't have to walk a bit to wait for the shuttle bus. On our last day, we used the new ski equipment rental shop right at the hotel and just walked across to the slopes to snowboard. We managed to get a morning session in after we check out and leave our bags with the hotel. After which the hotel staff send us to Hakuba station to catch our train! Thank you and loved our stay!"
