Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

The staff at Grand Hotel du Lac is wonderful, Extremely helpful and caring. Truly a cut above many of the other hotel I have stayed in. And beyond the high standard of other luxury Vietnamese hotels. The staff at breakfast, the restaurant, and the rooftop bar were going beyond anything to make my stay comfortable. The front desk and support staff were continuously inquisitive whether there was something they could help me with. I will most certainly be back.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile.
From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
