"Great value for the service and quality of the stay"

"I booked Executive Double Room, River View which is the top room in this hotel. They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. Surprisingly changed my room with one of my friends translation help to a room in LVL 16 not as described in size of 132sqm, a very small room. "

"Top notch service, staff, clean property, new facilities, and incredible food at hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Great hotel "

"You will have a great time staying at this hotel with walking “access” to Subway Station, Shopping Mall, restaurants… not to mention that it’s only 10-mins walk to the we’ll-known River Qiantang. Come and stay here either for business or leisure."

"직원들의 친절은 좋았습니다. 그러나 방 온도 설정에 문제가 있었습니다. 방온도를 29도로 설정했음에도 불구하고 방이 그다지 따뜻해지지 않았습니다."

"Good Service, Friendly staff"

"Great Hotel with the best view of the city."

"Big room nice place"

"Was lucky to have assistance from Yan Ning who was at the hotel reception when we had problems communicating with a taxi driver. Yan Ning was very helpful and had good initiative. She even stayed with us while we call for another taxi to ensure we had a pleasant journey. Throughout our 8 days stay, the rest of the counter staff were not very helpful when we needed assistance or had queries, even though we could speak reasonable mandarin: thank you Yan Ning !"

"Very nice stay. Booked a delux room and upgraded to a suite. Room was decorated with the topic of tea and nice view to the river. Breakfast was quite luxury with many choices of Chinese food such as noodle, dumpling, many dishes and so on. And also western traditional breakfast "

"客房整潔！"

"フロントの人も親切で　良かったんです。　施設も綺麗だし ただエクスペディアで予約したはずが登録されてなくてチェックインとても時間かかりました。　オペレーションの問題でしょうか？　 リカバリーしてくれた現場スタッフには感謝ですが　再度予約サイトとのオペレーション見直したらいいのでは？　と"
