"After paying $500 for a single night, I wanted to stay to enjoy the pool on my day of check out. The front desk staff would only give my party of 2 one pool gate access key which required us escort each other too and from the pool in order for us to return up the elevator to access the pool. That's not acceptable. "

"Weekend for convention super convenient easy 5 minute walk. Nice staff safe operation super clean and modern. Awesome shower with plenty of pressure. Room was noisy being right on major road and Metro line but not terrible. Great place to stay to park your car 20 bucks a night and walk to convention center and restaurants in 5-10 minute easy walk. "
