"This well laid out apartment is in a nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but a couple blocks from the tram. With a well equipped and laid out kitchen and a bedroom with sliding doors it's the perfect size for a visit to Sapporo. "For the price, this stay was surprisingly spacious. Check in and check out is done with the use of a iPad. Entry to the hotel and rooms are through keyless PIN codes. There’s a laundry machine, kitchen with a small fridge and stove. Walkable distance to the subway, shopping and restaurants, by the edge of Susukino. The only con was the bed cover had weird dirty stains and smells kind of funny. "

"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."

"The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. They accidentally reserved a smoking room for us instead of a non smoking room and they were very honest that it was their mistake and very apologetic about it. They even offered to give us free breakfast vouchers"

"The best location in Sapporo for travelers. Subway station under the hotel basement. The only drawback is the noise from the busiest intersection in Sapporo every day and night . But I will still book this hotel if I visit Sapporo again. The hotel is very new , good design and I have a corner room which is big in Japanese standard. The breakfast is very good with ice cream. The spa is not Onsen , more like hot water. The roof top terrace is strange , only for viewing, no drinks allow and no smoking . Waste the roof top terrace . "
