"Had really high hopes for this property as the Crowne was right around the corner but I wanted something locally owned and with more character. Everything was just as I imagined except for the staff. We asked for some printing to be done and granted it was quite more than they are probably used to, but it was done without first informing us of the price and then all of a sudden we were slapped with a bill for 35pounds! Again, wouldn't have minded IF they had asked us first but they didn't...

"This is a fabulous hotel, in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, underground car park on site, think it's £12, per day but you can come and go as you please, the staff are both friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast included."

"The Inn is an extremely inviting place. The bar and restaurant area are really good. Food is exceptional we stayed on b&b basis and the breakfast is one of the best I've had. Room was large with a great bathroom. We managed to get parked at the hotel but there are limited spaces available. Great location for getting about in Harrogate with everything in a short walking distance. We would definitely stay again."

"Excellent value for money, within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The bar attached to hotel called The Fat Badger has a great atmosphere, and a lovely outdoor seating area with heaters for when it’s a bit chilly. Would highly recommend."
