"We sayed in Moksa in september. Our shinkansen got significantly delayed, and my phone roaming stopped working, so I could not call and say we would arrive late for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to accomodate our dinner reservation. The food was delicious, the garden is a delight, and I wish we would have spent a few more days in this hotel. Loved it!"

"We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. We will stay here again when we visit Kyoto. "

"The staff was helpful during our stay. We did luggage transfer from Kyoto to Tokyo and the staff helped us with the process. The room was very clean, water pressure in the shower was amazing.
