"This was my second stay at Citadines. I arrived at 12pm and was able to check in to my room which was fantastic. I made use of the hotel gym each day as it is well equipped and one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The restaurant is adequate and the breakfast staff were very helpful meeting my specific requests. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet. The location is great only a short walk away to the metro and train station. Also well located for the iconic bridge walk. Will definitely be back."

"Great sized room. The staff are always warm and willing to help. My one issue is the access to the property if you're arriving on foot. It's not the most obvious entry and it is hard to get to with a suitcase."

"In our studio apt all was clean, but when I needed to stay an extra night due to wife in hospital I couldn't find any cereal in the kitchen, but there were things frozen in freezer."
