There’s a train line directly under the hotel. It was impossible to sleep! I checked out the next day and moved to another hotel. I think they should have refunded the entire booking even the night I stayed and didn’t get one bit of sleep.

I didn't receive the benefits that were stated prior to booking. The gym access was limited to daily use and had to renew. The hotel didn't honor free bottle of wine. Didn't seem like VIP access at all.

First time in Australia and on my first solo 2 week trip coming from los angeles. All I can say I'm happy I picked the hotel perfect view of the harbor so beautiful. Hotel very nice clean welcoming. I'll be going back, I already miss it ❤

The view from our room was amazing. Watching the sun rise over the harbour was beautiful. Seeing the harbour bridge at night was pretty special. Public transport very convenient, straight into the city. Buffet breakfast was great, so was the little bar. My daughter and I loved our visit here, thank you.
