Beautiful view of the harbour and city skyline. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay a bit flat. Could hear other guests quite loudly walking by and talking but room was very clean, well maintained and staff friendly. Short walk to north Sydney train station, very convenient.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, basically next door to north Sydney train station to go anywhere in the city (2 mins walk). The food was lovely and the fact that you could order it delivered to your room for 5 aus$ was brilliant. The order sheet for breakfast, so you could order what you wanted the night before before, is a great idea. The superking bed was really comfy and guaranteed a good nights sleep. Last but not least, the views are to die for. Especially at night, when harbour bridge and the city are all lit up, it was amazing. No wonder the hotel is called VIEW. If we ever come back to Australia, this will definitely be my hotel of choice.

Stayed here for the view and was not disappointed - we had a Superior Harbor Bridge view room and it was like looking at a postcard. The robes in the room were also a nice touch and we ordered room service which was really tasty. The hotel itself is a little tired in places versus what you might expect - the bar is great but tucked off the lobby with no view unfortunately. Friendly staff and a great base for our Sydney tourist day.

Our absolute favourite hotel in Australia. You won’t get a view like this anywhere else in Sydney. The room is always beautiful and clean, the staff always friendly and keen to help with anything needed and the location is amazing if you love a walk down to the ferry or a train or bus ride into the city. The breakfast was sensational. We don’t usually get it, but to be honest, I think it will be hard to go past it next time! Such fabulous variety and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were so attentive, clearing plates and refilling food as soon as it was getting low. We just love the View!

Great stay the bed was one of the comfiest I have stayed in! The view in the room was spectacular Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Good location close to metro and Sydney just across the bridge. Gym was disappointing as no weights or machines working. Only went once due to this, but did not stay in the hotel for gym. Would stay again

The property was well maintained both inside and out. It was easy to get to and great location with dining with train and bus stops one block away. The breakfast was plentiful including generous portions and options, with breads and pastries, protein, and fresh fruit and juices. The staff was extremely helpful, always kind and friendly. They even helped us get our room ready for a very early check in before 10 am of our arrival. They always greeted us and made sure that we were welcome. Would gladly stay here again.
