Everything was wonderful as usual. Staff pleasant and efficient. Room comfortable with the most wonderful view of the harbour. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Location is amazing and right near North Sydney station.

Stayed here for the view and was not disappointed - we had a Superior Harbor Bridge view room and it was like looking at a postcard. The robes in the room were also a nice touch and we ordered room service which was really tasty. The hotel itself is a little tired in places versus what you might expect - the bar is great but tucked off the lobby with no view unfortunately. Friendly staff and a great base for our Sydney tourist day.

Great stay the bed was one of the comfiest I have stayed in! The view in the room was spectacular Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Good location close to metro and Sydney just across the bridge. Gym was disappointing as no weights or machines working. Only went once due to this, but did not stay in the hotel for gym. Would stay again

The property was well maintained both inside and out. It was easy to get to and great location with dining with train and bus stops one block away. The breakfast was plentiful including generous portions and options, with breads and pastries, protein, and fresh fruit and juices. The staff was extremely helpful, always kind and friendly. They even helped us get our room ready for a very early check in before 10 am of our arrival. They always greeted us and made sure that we were welcome. Would gladly stay here again.

We booked a corner room with harbour bridge view, we got the furthest corner and although the bridge was visible to the extreme right if your forehead is touching the window - room 1415. However the view is still terrific. Secondly the train lines go to the station virtually under the hotel so be prepared for some rumbling in the night, we were on the top floor and got used to it after two nights. Very good breakfast buffet, great location for the cheap trains anywhere from that point.

Everything about the View was great. The rooms were as described, amazing views, the restaurant delivered quality food at great prices and staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives would that the breakfast buffet wasn’t very hot, and staying above the train lines was very noisy. I wish i had known how loud and close the trains were and how much it would impact my sleep so i could have requested a room on a higher floor. Perhaps complimentary ear plugs would help but otherwise happy with our stay

We had an overnight stay in a Harbour Bridge view room during Vivid. The room was fabulous with a very comfortable bed, great mini bar & huge window overlooking the Harbour. We enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning & parking at the hotel was easy and convenient. The train station was literally 2 minutes away, so very convenient for going into the city! A great stay and we will be back again!
