Good location . Attentive and helpful staff. Room is of a good size. Note there are no opening windows in rooms. There are maintenance and staff training issues. Bathroom was very dark as all lights needed bulbs replaced. I was told this wasn’t possible and was given a desk lamp to use in the bathroom for the duration of my stay. No hot water in bathroom basin. This was rectified for a short time only. Fire alarm went off with evacuation command. Staff on the floor told us to use the elevator to exit the building which is inappropriate.

Review based on our stay in room 1006. for our two night stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean for our two night stay. Parking was easy (though tight and very low clearance) and the hotel was accessibly directly from the car park. My only gripe was that our room was facing the building’s air conditioner unit which was quite noisy throughout the stay. If we were to stay in a different room, I’d probably stay again as the hotel is well located and directly opposite the Victoria Cross metro station. Worth noting that on the weekend, there are few options for eating out immediately around the hotel.

I couldn't fault the property or staff. Stayed for 1 night to attend a christening in crows nest. Great location. Well maintained hotel that feels five star. Spacious rooms with plenty of living space, comfortable beds and pillows. Speedy check in and check out. Helpful, cheery staff when enquired about cafes being open on Sunday mornings.

Room was clean and comfortable, and with staff friendly. It was winter when I stayed and the room was cold. Unable to adjust the heating and no extra blankets in the room (called reception but no answer to request additional). There was also very loud music coming from somewhere (perhaps the restaurant one level below) that played until 1am. Without these two negatives, it would have been an excellent stay.
