Lovely room with comfortable bed. Only issues the cupboard above the coffee machine is badly positioned as it is too easy to bump your head on the corner of it. Also the lighting in the bathroom is too dark.

We've been here twice and the gentleman who checked us in said he was not aware of our Gold status or that we should be looked after as it is a VIP hotel. We stay here because it's convenient to a local beach but to be honest we don't really see any great benefit to being on the top tier Expedia status. We don't drink so don't really care for the free bottle of wine and because they don't offer dining hey can't even comp us a free meal. The bins are also awfully small but their house keeping and interest in sorting out a baby cot bis very very quick.
