"It is an OK position to stay there. The room was clean, but one of the blenders was damaged. The manager was very nice and responsive. He changed us to another room, whose condition is better. However, the microwave and refrigerator didn't work. We just lived with this. "

"Habitacion con doble cama amplia, limpia, con todo lo necesario sin limitacion de nada. Asi como lo miras en las fotos, asi es. El staff atentos y pendiente de todo. Desayuno incluido sin limites con buen sabor y muy limpio todo. Quedamos sorprendidos y encantados con el servicio en general. Sin problemas con las mascotas, todo incluido en tu pago inicial. No busque mas. Este hotel te dara todo lo que necesitas. Totalmente recomendado. Sin duda volvere."

"The property was in excellent condition and the room was nicely decorated and very clean. The only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is that we could hear the adjoining room noise so loudly it was as if they were speaking directly into our room. "

"This hotel has bed bugs staff wouldn't help,and manager has been avoiding my calls and emails. I now have to wash everything I brought into room and detail my vehicle. I had to prove it so I have 2 dead bugs in my possession totally gross and un acceptable . I want my money back."

"Very family friendly, kids played at the heated pool and hot tub, king suite was large enough for the four of us, decor was dated, lovely areas nearby for hiking and a 25 acre nursey that had cool things to buy. Breakfast wasn't good, $20 if you didn't book directly through their website. Coffee was awful. Close proximity to beach, elephant seals and Hearst Castle. Would probably go back. Would've been nice to have a gym on the property."
