"The room was spotless as well as the hotel/property absolutely immaculate. Perfect location in Osaka to hit up all the famous areas - easy to get to Kyoto. I would 100% stay at any of the Candeo hotels again and surely will the next time I’m in Japan. The hotel staff was friendly They helped me research my way to a ski resort for the day and was very friendly with all the questions I had throughout the week. I was so happy I booked this hotel over my other choice.. amazing views as well from the room. "

" From the greeting we received when we first arrived to the service we received shipping our bags when we left, everything was wonderful. We have recommended the Imperial hotel Osaka to family and friends already. Shipping our luggage was confusing as we have never experienced this magical service in the USA. The Bell desk made the process easy. We felt very confident about the whole thing. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We appreciated their willingness to help in English. It was a great stay and we will be back."

"Clean room; GREAT staff. The onsen on the top floor is so high quality and clean too. I loved that it was walking distance to Dotonburi and a few train stations which made it convenient to explore Osaka and Kyoto."

"Everything was perfect "

"Excellent stay, spacious room for 4 of us (family room). Beds and sofa bed were comfy. Very well cleaned, appreciated the slippers. Room had refrigerator and microwave. There was also a shared “kitchen” space on our same floor. We had free coffee and tea. Many used the space to have dinner or breakfast purchased from conv. stores. All staff interactions were cordial and helpful. One helped us book a dinner reservation, another helped us book an extra night, and another just socially chatted with us. The hotel overall was very nice and clean. I think it meets the standards expected based on the price paid. "

"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"
