"Check in and check out were smooth. No delay. The hotel is very centrally located and convenient to everything. We booked a room inc. breakfast and the breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold options. Highlight was the freshly cooked waffle and the lovely man who made them for us (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) He greeted everyone in the mornings with a smile. The room and the bathroom were clean. We were very happy with our 4 night stay."

"Stayed at Ink 48 while in town for my wife's birthday. The service was excellent from the doormen, bellhop, cleaners and front desk. The hotel is in great condition and has a roof top patio and lounge that gives you a 360 view of the city and the incredible sunsets. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC, the location is perfect for getting around town. "

They helped me arrange transportation back to the airport. And the most importantly, the location was excellent close to everything. I definitely recommend it.10/10"
