"Room was cool and clean. Was great after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. City view was just awesome!"

"The hotel is in a great location. Rooms and property are clean. The best part about the hotel is the friendly staff. Everyone is helpful and genuinely wants to help. Front desk, bartenders and restaurant staff are awesome! The only knock I have is that the elevators can be slow during check in or checkout hours. The air conditioner was a little loud which doesn’t bother me but I can see how it might bother others. I will definitely be back!"

"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at least eggs and toast or something similar with the add on. Our voucher included a coffee or juice and a pastry. That’s what they considered to be the continental breakfast and in my opinion was a rip off for the extra money we had to pay for “breakfast “ add on. Besides that the hotel was in prime location and we would stay here again."

"The room was okay. I was upgraded into a family room from a Standard double. I don't know but for me being upgraded is always a welcome event for any person who plans to stay in the hotel. When I stayed in May, there was some renovations or repairs being done on the windows so the curtains is always pulled in hence it added dimness to an already dimmed room."
