"I love the art deco styling of this classic hotel! You don't see architecture or details like this in newer properties. The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge desk could not have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions on restaurants, directions, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC."

"Just checked out this morning and loved our stay. Room- spacious, clean, and the beds were PERFECT! The only one change I’d like to see is adding a fridge to the room. Location- is great to get to Penn Station and walk to TS. The burgerology restaurant was so nice we had it twice. (Had the Mac and cheese burger and cinnamon roll pancakes-to die for). Staff- extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone we talked to were super friendly. Housekeeping came daily which is nice since a lot don’t post covid. The only thing I ran across that should probably be looked at is the hot water temperature. In the lobby bathroom and our room the water got hurt enough to burn you. I would def recommend and stay here again. "
