"Restaurant wait time to long, had to wait 1 1/2 hours one day and 1 hour another to be seated. That's not the way we want to spend our vacations. Also the hostess couldn't even give us an estimated time of wait, and not only that by she kind off seen not concerned on our feelings. We travel 2 - 4 times a year and we don't remember ever have to wait that long. On Dominican night week ending 10/17/26, we experience a very rude treatment by a waiter, we didn't catch his name but he was a tall skinny man. We understand that the restaurant closes at 9:30, but they were still picking up food and cleaning up. He basically told us we needed to leave, not only that but he told us 3 times that they were just waiting for us. This is the firs5time we have ever been treated that way and certainly don't appreciate it."

"I have been to many all inclusive resorts and this BY far exceeded all expectations. Immaculate, beautiful, and the most friendly staff. The food was amazing, and the service even better. The gym and games area is the best I've ever seen. Just so awesome."

"The hotel was a great fit for our family of five! We got two rooms on the same floor and it was perfect. RiuLand for the kids was a huge hit! The workers in there were fantastic!!! They also have RiuPaint back there and the girls loved it!! There was enough to keep everyone busy and be exhausted by dinner. The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy! The food was above average in all the restaurants we went to. The food court was awesome!! A great concept to eat poolside and get out of the sun for a bit! The crepes were amazing and the ice cream was great! The entertainment was hit or miss. The kids loved playing Kahoot but some of the other performers left a lot to be desired (the Tenors). Very family friendly and would easily come back!"
