First things first, the staff made you feel like family. They were so friendly I immediately felt comfortable. The room was the perfect setting. It came with a nice balcony, nice decorations, a comfortable bed, fridge, very spacious, Aircon, and a big bathroom. The location was on a quaint little street with a laundromat, a coffee shop, a short walk to Ben Thanh market and near one of our favourite restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and charming hotel. It’s very convenient to stay here because of the location but also the level of hospitality and services that we received. The room was clean and comfortable good AC. We also got help to book a car for a trip and that was perfect because we hade the car for our family for the whole day and we got to see different places. If we go back to Ho Chi Minh we will definitely stay here again 😁👍 strongly recommend this place.

Pros: - Very friendly and helpful personnel. - Beautiful rooms and great location. Cons: - It is not very well isolated between the rooms and the aisle in every floor, but it is a quiet hotel. - Unfortunately, we experienced that the hotel was overbooked when we arrived, so we lost our rooms the first two nights. However, the personnel did much to compensate for this mistake.

I booked a stay at Ben Thanh for my family. However, the owner was only willing to communicate with my husband, despite the booking and payment being made in my name (Mrs ie female) Although the owner spoke fluent English, declined to speak to me directly and instead communicated exclusively in Vietnamese and English with my husband. Hostile to have messages relayed through my husband while I was present, “Tell you wife xyz” in English spoken language, As though, I didn’t somehow understand or wasn’t present at the time. Additionally, the room was smaller and more outdated than other options in the area, but did have a semi decent bathroom. Considering the higher cost compared to similar accommodations nearby, I had anticipated a more pleasant experience. Also, the Room door didn’t even lock properly, not ideal!
